I remember when those bluetooth headsets were new.
It wasn’t that long ago.
I saw these two guys trying to out cool each other.
The same way two geeks will try to out do one another
With who has the latest peripheral, or console, or chipset, or the most RAM.
They are talking about how they each had the coolest phone
And which headset was the most expensive.
Neither realized that the damn things make them look
Like Uhura from Star Trek.
HA HA! I remember thinking a dozen times that a person was crazy – talking to themselves then realizing they were on the phone.
Then there was one day when someone was talking to themself and I thought ‘they must be on the phone’. As I listened further I realized they were just crazy.

Yeah – i talk to myself all the time – hoping they will think i’m on the phone…
and not just some babbling babe yakking to herself….
